Intuitive Defensive Shooting Instructor Conference is generally held annually and alternates yearly between eastern and western venus. The conference is a time for learning, developing as instructors, team building, and to receive the latest information in course evolution.

Day 1 is for CFS/IDS Instructors and Instructor Candidates only. To be eligible to attend this day or any instructor development sessions, participants must have completed a 3, 4, or 5-day Instructor Course with I.C.E. Training Company. This day will feature program updates and reports from various attending instructors regarding their activity and how they are creating success in their businesses.

Attendees of the first day will also receive instruction from an outside surprise guest instructor.

The Instructor Day at the conference also gives independent instructors time to share concepts and drills that they may have developed to complement the core CFS Program and compare notes on teaching and business practices.

Days 2 – 3 of the conference include Instructor Development Sessions in Advanced Pistol Handling, Two-Person Armed Defense, Armed Home Defense Tactics, Extreme Close Quarters Tactic, and the Intuitive Defensive Carbine programs. All end-user blocks will be taught by several attending instructors, which offers a unique opportunity to train with a diverse group of talented educators from various backgrounds. Rob Pincus will instruct throughout the conference with both instructors and those new to the program. Instructors with active status will receive a discounted registration fee.
