DESCRIPTION:The Intuitive Defensive® Carbine Course is designed to expose students to an efficient method of defending themselves with a semi-automatic rifle during a dynamic critical incident. All of the principles and fundamentals of the Intuitive Defensive® Shooting program are applied to the carbine and the following topics are covered: \n*Four Points of Contact with a rifle and Intuitive Shooting Fundamentals\n*The Balance of Speed & Precision with a carbine\n*Primary\, Secondary and Tertiary Aiming Methods\n*Combat Accuracy\n*Volume of Fire\n*Critical Incident Reloads & Efficient Carbine Handling\n*Transitioning to a Pistol\n*Counter Ambush Response with a Slung Rifle\n*Shooting while Standing\, Squatting\, Kneeling & Seated\n*Shooting around Cover & in Unorthodox Shooting Positions\n*Fundamental Carbine Malfunction Clearing \nThe CFC Program is a physically challenging course with a lot of activity and high round count.  \nStudents will fire 700 rounds of ammunition-\n600 rifle and 100 pistol. \nRequirements:\n-Eye and ear protection\n-sturdy belt\n-handgun & 2-3 mags\n-holster & mag pouch\n-rifle & 2-3 mags\n-sling\n-ammo (600 rifle and 100 pistol)\n-lunch or money for lunch\n-lots of drinks for the day\n-you may want to bring sunscreen\, a hat\, sunglasses \nLocation:\nNorth Linn Fish & Game Club\n1547 Game Club Rd.\nCentral City\, Iowa \nSaturday\, July 22\, 2017\n9am-5:30pm \nCost: $200 \n
